Reading the Terms and Conditions of Service does take time, but it is very important before using our services to know what your expectations are from Lifetrip Journey, and vice versa.
By accessing our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree, we ask you not to use our services.
These Terms and Conditions of Service reflect the way Lifetrip Journey works, the laws that apply to our company, and will explain the relationship between Lifetrip Journey and you when interacting with our services.
These Terms and Conditions of Service cover several key topics such as:
- Your Expectations from Lifetrip Journey: Explains how we provide and develop our services.
- Lifetrip Journey's expectations from you: Set several rules for using our services.
- Content in the Lifetrip Journey service: Explains the intellectual property rights for the content in our service — whether the content belongs to you, Lifetrip Journey, or another party.

About Services
Lifetrip Journey provides Photo Tour Experiences for individuals and groups, as well as companies, organizations, institutions and schools. Lifetrip Journey combines various tourism services such as transportation, accommodation, experiences, venues, tour guides and many others to create a unique travel experience. Lifetrip Journey always strives to provide the best quality service, valuable experience, and have a positive impact on all our partners in the destinations visited.

User Responsibilities
- Be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Especially for underage participants, we ask that orders be made by a legal guardian or school representative.
- Agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, especially during the ordering process.
Article 3
Reservation and Payment
- By using our Services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of other service providers (airline (if any), hotel, vehicle rental agency, etc.).
- Prices listed on our platform or website may change at any time until the payment process is complete.
- Payments are processed securely via standard bank transfer.
- Once confirmed, all services require a 30% down payment according to the product so that the order can be processed and can be added to the trip participant list to get detailed itinerary. The down payment of 30% is non-refundable.
- The remaining Final Payment of 70% of the total reservation value must be paid no later than 45 days before your trip departure date. Lifetrip Journey will issue and send you a receipt for a purchase/reservation confirmation letter after final payment has been paid.
Article 4
Cancellation
- Changes by You: Lifetrip Journey will not accept any form of itinerary changes during the trip. We recommend choosing “Private Tour” so that the schedule can be adjusted to your preferences.
- Changes by Us: Lifetrip Journey always strives to fulfill its promises. However, if problems occur that are beyond Lifetrip Journey's control, we reserve the right to make slight changes to the itinerary if necessary. Major changes such as flight schedules, departure points, etc. will be communicated immediately and you have the right to request a refund of the payment that has been made.
- If You Cancel: Inform us in writing via email or letter. And to avoid emergencies that have the potential to cancel your trip with Lifetrip Journey, we really require you to have travel insurance. However, we will still do our best to find solutions such as postponing the trip or refunding if possible, with the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: Down payment is forfeited
- Cancellation 30 – 60 days before departure: Down payment is forfeited, only get a refund of 25% of the total remaining payment amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: No refund
- If we cancel: We apologize because this may be due to operational reasons, not reaching the minimum number of clients on a particular trip, or other obstacles that cause us to not be able to carry out the trip. If a trip is canceled, we will inform you immediately or at least one month before departure. We will try to find a suitable alternative and if we cannot, we will refund 100% of the payment made. We may cancel the trip if we have to if there is war, civil instability, bad weather, pandemic, politics, and other things that are force majeure.
- Force majeure: If a force majeure event occurs (a situation beyond Lifetrip Journey's control), including but not limited to, war, riots, terrorism, disease outbreaks, industrial or nuclear disasters, bad weather conditions, fires, and strikes ), Lifetrip Journey cannot be responsible for delays, changes and cancellations of trips as well as payments that have been made to prepare for the trip such as special equipment, non-refundable plane tickets, visa fees, etc.
Article 5
Limitation of Liability
Lifetrip Journey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use our services. We strongly require that travelers have valid personal travel insurance and health insurance with adequate coverage.
By using our services, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the existing terms and conditions.
